The Dead End Suspension Insulator is used on overhead lines operating at voltages up to 69 kV. This product is also used to support line conductors in suspended or dead-end mode, such as line terminations, angles and cut wires. These insulators can be used on bare or covered conductors. And our fittings are made of hot-dipped galvanized iron or steel. The end fittings are crimped to the mandrel to provide mechanical properties. A watertight seal between the rubber and the end fitting eliminates moisture ingress. This special silicone rubber to metal fitting sealing process completely excludes moisture.
