1. Before installing insulators, they should be visually inspected and cleaned.
2. When installing pin type insulators and line post type insulators, flat pads and spring washers should be added and installed firmly.
3. If there is damage, peeling or zinc deficiency on the galvanized layer of hardware, brush anti-rust paint after rust removal.
4. The post insulator manufacturer believes that the bolts, threading nails and spring pins on the insulator string should meet the following requirements:
1) The spring pins, bolts and threading nails on the hanging string should be threaded from the power supply side to the electric receiving side, the threads on both sides should be threaded from inside out, and the center line should be threaded from left to right.
2) The spring pins, bolts and nails on the tension line should be penetrated from top to bottom.
5. When installing the prestranded cable protector, the center of the stranded cable should coincide with the center of the cable clamp, and the cable pack should be tightened.
6. The vibration damper and damping cable should be in the same vertical plane as the ground cable at the installation point.
7. The manufacturers of post insulators believe that the connection of jumpers, scramblers and other main lines should meet the following requirements:
1) The connection surface between the drainage connecting plate and the groove clamp should be smooth and clean, and the oxidation layer on the surface of the contact surface should be removed.
2) When installing the puncture clip, the fastening nut should be tightened alternately, and the torque should meet the requirements of the product technical documents. The sealant should be intact during installation, and the exposed terminals should be insulated and sealed after installation.
8. The post insulator manufacturer believes that the installation of the electrical grounding ring should meet the following requirements:
1) The terminal, branch and circuit breaker of the overhead insulated line shall be equipped with a grounding ring for electrical inspection.
2) The electrical grounding ring should be installed perpendicular to the ground, and the distance between the installation point and the fixed point of the conductor should not be less than 800mm.
