Construction treatment method of ceramic insulator

Glass insulator is a new substitute for ceramic insulator, which is widely used in low-temperature engineering. Its low-temperature mechanical properties, electrical properties and high-voltage air tightness have been tested. The structure of composite data insulator mainly includes three aspects: composite data inner lining pipe, metal end pipe and outer reinforcement layer.


Insulator preparation tooling, equipment and equipment winding mandrel: simple mold winding equipment, cleaning equipment, leak detection equipment, oven and lettering machine for prefabricating insulator inner liner tube embryo tube. Data: Boron free high-strength glass fiber, ultra-low temperature adhesive, demoulding heat shrinkage data, 316LN materials and other auxiliary data insulator manufacturing process.


For the preparation of the inner lining pipe, the FRP mandrel shall be processed according to the above figure, the FRP mandrel shall be clamped on the winding machine, the glass fiber belt shall be wound while scraping the low-temperature glue, and the half pack shall be wound to the required size. The detailed size is about 2mm larger than the practice of the inner lining pipe, which can be left for processing. When scraping the low-temperature glue, ensure that the fiber belt is soaked, and the fiber belt is transparent to the naked eye.


In the process of winding, the preload is up and down at 2kg, tight inside and loose outside. After the filament winding reaches the size, it shall be tightly wrapped with three layers of heat shrinkable tape, and then coated with two layers of demoulding Teflon tape, which shall be fixed with adhesive tape. Finally, it is placed vertically in the oven for curing. DWZ adhesive in the low-temperature center is selected as the low-temperature adhesive. The curing mechanism is: 80 ℃ for 1 hour, 100 ℃ for 1 hour, 120 ℃ for 1 hour and 130 ℃ for 1 hour. It is cooled with the furnace.
