Drop type fuse is a device suitable for distribution network engineering with voltage level of 35kv and below. It is a short-circuit protection switch and can also be used for protection and equipment casting and cutting operation. Drop type fuse installation is very important, installation error will cause the equipment does not work, and may even cause accidents.
Drop type fuse need to pay attention to the following matters when installing:
1. The person in charge of the site construction organizes the operation correctly and safely, and the site construction quality and safety officer is responsible for the safety and quality monitoring of the whole process of the site operation.
2.The high pressure drop type fuse is required to be installed on the support, and fixed with hot dip galvanized or stainless steel bolts, and the horizontal phase distance is ≥500mm.
3.The installation of the molten tube axis should be 15° ~ 30° Angle with the ground vertical line, the rotating part should be flexible, should not touch and other objects when falling.
4. The distance between the upper and lower moving contacts of the drop fuse tube should be adjusted properly, and the installation fuse should be moderately tight.
